Job DescriptionMedical Spa Sales Manager / DirectorLuxura Aesthetic Medical Spa is seeking an experienced, results-driven Medical Spa Sales Manager / Director to join our growing team in Louisville, Kentucky.
This role is ideal for a strong sales leader with experience in medical aesthetics, wellness, beauty, or another high-ticket consultative sales environment. The right candidate will be confident leading a team, driving revenue, improving sales performance, and delivering an exceptional client experience.
ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly revenue goalsConduct and oversee client consultationsDrive sales of high-value treatment packages and servicesCoach, train, and motivate team members to improve performanceMonitor sales KPIs, conversion rates, follow-ups, and overall resultsSupport clients with financing options and applicationsDevelop strategies to increase revenue, retention, and client satisfactionMaintain a professional and performance-driven team environmentWork closely with clinical and operational teams to ensure an excellent client experienceRequirementsProven sales leadership and management experienceStrong experience closing high-ticket packages or servicesMedical spa, aesthetics, cosmetics, wellness, or similar experience strongly preferredDemonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goalsStrong coaching, leadership, communication, and negotiation skillsComfortable discussing premium pricing and asking for the saleHighly organized, motivated, and results-drivenMust be comfortable working onsite in Louisville, KentuckyLocation5000 Shelbyville Road, Louisville, KY 40207\nCompany DescriptionLuxura Aesthetic Medical Spa is a growing aesthetics and wellness brand focused on delivering high-quality treatments, exceptional client experiences, and professional service.
