Process Designer

to lead process improvement efforts, optimize workflows, and support strategic business initiatives across multiple functional areas.

Contract Length:

6 Months

Full-Time Contract (40 hours/week)

$55-$70 per hour based on experience

Role Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

7+ years of experience in process design, business process improvement, operational excellence, business analysis, or related disciplines in the insurance industry (industry experience required)

Strong process mapping and business process modeling expertise

Experience leading complex cross-functional projects and change initiatives

Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, or related frameworks

Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously

Experience supporting operational, transformation, or business optimization initiatives

Project management experience

Change management expertise

Experience developing process metrics and performance reporting

Bonus - Experience integrating AI into process driven initiatives.

What You Will Do:

Lead process improvement and operational excellence projects from discovery through implementation

Analyze complex business processes and recommend solutions that improve efficiency, quality, and customer experience

Develop process documentation, workflows, standard operating procedures, and training materials

Establish KPIs and process performance metrics to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement

Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and technology partners to define requirements and drive successful outcomes

Support user acceptance testing (UAT), change management initiatives, and process adoption efforts

Facilitate workshops and meetings with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and build consensus

Create executive-ready reporting and recommendations based on operational and business data
