Sales Consultants - New Openings - Summer expansion High Earning Commission Sales Opportunity Full Time | Fresno, CA & Surrounding Areas
$150,000 – $325,000+ | Full-Time
Stellar Energy is experiencing a record-breaking summer of solar sign-ups and needs more help with expansion.
We’re especially interested in candidates with sales experience who are interested in learning how to sell solar.

Earn $35 per appointment regardless of sales

What You’ll Do:
- Prospect and close high-quality solar deals through field sales and digital channels.
- Conduct professional energy audits and deliver compelling presentations focused on ROI, incentives, and long-term savings.
- Leverage our premium partnerships with exceptional customer experiences.
- Maintain elite client relationships and contribute to team strategy in a collaborative, high-performance culture.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 1+ years of successful solar sales experience (especially from SunRun, SunNova, Infinity Energy, Freedom Forever, or equivalent).
- Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding quota.
- Strong closer with excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify technical/financial details for homeowners.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive independently.
- Passion for renewable energy and helping California homeowners achieve energy independence.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a strong plus.
