Essential Job Functions:Cleans bar area, including bar tops, sinks, glasses, refrigerators, coolers and other bar appliances in accordance with Hard Rock policies as well as the New Jersey Health Standards.
Ensures bar is set properly.
Ensures all soda gun products, fruit garnishes, and mixes meet service standards.
Stocks assigned bar with product and supplies throughout the shiftPrepares all mixes and garnishesAcknowledges, greets and converses with customers who approach the barDemonstrates a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying appropriate managers of concerns and observations.
Demonstrates actions and behaviors that reinforce the Company's Mission and Values.
Ensures prompt and discreet notification to managers and/or the Ethics Hotline of any observation of illegal acts or internal ethics violations.
Other duties as assigned.
