Eye Associates of Lancaster is seeking a growth-minded surgeon to join our renowned team of 4 ophthalmologists (3 cornea and 1 glaucoma) and 2 optometrists. Our private practice, the oldest in Lancaster County, has a history of excellent compassionate patient care. We are independent and unaffiliated with PE and we promote a supportive, enjoyable workplace with a strong commitment to maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

We offer
immediate access to a high-volume surgical cases, and efficient clinical workflows that allows physicians to focus on spending as much time with patients as needed. Anticipated starting volume is 40 patients/day and 10-12 cataract surgeries a week, taking over for a departing surgeon. Cornea and Glaucoma fellowship welcomed but not necessary. Operate at an efficient and state of the art surgery center with excellent ownership opportunities. Anticipate 3-5 weeks of paid on call responsibilities for local hospital. Opportunity for partnership after 18-24 months.

  • MD or DO with completion of an ACGME-accredited Ophthalmology residency
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Ophthalmology
  • Excellent clinical, surgical, and communication skills
