Job DescriptionA Hotel Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining clean, sanitary, and comfortable guest rooms and public areas to ensure an exceptional guest experience. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and hospitality. Housekeepers work both independently and as part of a team, reporting to the Housekeeping Manager or Front Desk Supervisor, and handle both daily cleaning tasks and occasional deep cleaning projects using standard cleaning equipment.
ResponsibilitiesClean guest rooms thoroughly and efficientlyMaintain cleanliness of public areasDispose of trash and replenish suppliesDisinfect surfaces to ensure sanitary conditionsCollaborate with team members and work independently as neededReport to Housekeeping Manager or Front Desk Supervisor on task progressPreferred QualificationsPrevious housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
