What You Can Expect
As our High Voltage Electrician in Washington, DC at Georgetown University, you will be responsible for the safe, legal, reliable and cost-efficient operation and maintenance of the High Voltage Electrical System supplying power to all University (including Medical Center), and hospital buildings. Responsible for the electrical power from PEPCO's six incoming connections at 13,800 volts to the main low voltage switchboard in each building including electrical metering and the quality of the power. And will report to the High Voltage Supervisor.
What You'll Bring
- You have a High School Diploma or GED and minimum two (2) years' experience as a journeyman electrician
- Must possess a DC Journeyman Electrician's License
- This role requires attendance at a worksiteon a daily basis;
- Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license/may drive company vehicle
- Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies
