Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations based on business requirements. Analyze trends, patterns, KPIs, and operational data to identify improvement opportunities. Perform root cause analysis and provide actionable business insights. Prepare specifications for reports and analytical solutions based on business needs and available data. Communicate findings and recommendations to team members and management. Apply data integration, cleansing, validation, and visualization techniques to ensure data quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on reporting, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives. Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence. Experience with BI tools, reporting applications, and/or cloud-based analytics services. Knowledge of data integration, cleansing, validation, and visualization. Working knowledge of data structures and data manipulation. Understanding of reporting capabilities within ERP, CRM, and database platforms. Knowledge of statistical analysis, forecasting, mathematical techniques, and cost-benefit analysis. Strong research, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to translate business requirements into effective reports and analytical solutions. Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
