Job Title: Equipment & Tool Engineer
Location: Auburn, Washington (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking talented professionals eager to take on a critical role supporting advanced engineering and production processes. Our team drives operational excellence and continuous improvement by implementing and maintaining the reliability, safety, and integrity of production assets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement asset reliability systems, conduct equipment health assessments, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
- Coordinate with suppliers, cross-functional teams, and procurement agents to manage tight project schedules and budgets.
- Optimize and support high precision milling, forming, and metal processing equipment to enhance safety, ergonomics, quality, and maintainability.
- Manage asset lifecycle documentation, preventative maintenance plans, and validation of contractual performance milestones for complex automated system projects.
Required
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (including manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
- 3 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated ability to develop equipment concepts and design solutions aligned with business and project requirements.
- Experience interacting with operators, troubleshooting with technicians and mechanics, and supporting production system assets.
