A confidential Los Angeles-based boutique law firm is seeking a mid-level Real Estate Associate Attorney (4 to 7 years) to support a busy transactional practice. This role is well-suited to an attorney who enjoys drafting and negotiating core real estate documents, running deals with meaningful autonomy, and building strong client relationships, with the opportunity to gain additional exposure to real estate capital markets style work.

THE ROLE
- Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements and related transaction documents.
- Draft, review, and negotiate loan documentation and other financing materials.
