Chartwells Higher Education is seeking a Senior Catering Director to maintain cost and quality standards, maximize profits, and lead a team serving clients directly. You will recruit, train, and oversee staffing, fostering strong relationships with staff and the client while integrating catering with the facility plan.
You will coordinate with regional directors, supervise service levels, and ensure consistent, high-quality catering for events at client sites, upholding Compass Group standards.
