Job Description
Seeking a Senior Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience in MERN stack to design and develop scalable fullstack web applications
Develop and maintain robust backend services using Nodejs to support business functionalities
Design and implement dynamic responsive frontend applications using React
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product managers QA and UIUX designers to deliver seamless user experiences
Ensure application performance scalability and security across the full stack
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to maintain system reliability
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in MERN stack development
Work within Agile development environments participating in sprint planning and reviews
Roles and Responsibilities
- Write clean maintainable and efficient code in Nodejs and React following coding standards
- Design RESTful APIs and integrate frontend with backend services
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Conduct unit testing and support integration testing to ensure software quality
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as daily standups retrospectives and sprint planning
