Payless Drugs is seeking a collaborative, patient-focused pharmacist to join our Birmingham team on a part-time basis. We are looking for a pharmacist who enjoys being an active member of the operation—not only providing outstanding clinical care, but also helping improve workflow, supporting teammates, participating in administrative responsibilities, and contributing to the overall success of the pharmacy.
Our pharmacists are expected to demonstrate initiative, communicate effectively, and take ownership of the pharmacy during their shift. Success in this role comes from working alongside the team to provide exceptional patient care while maintaining an efficient, well‑organized operation.
This position is best suited for a pharmacist who enjoys being actively engaged throughout the workday and takes pride in finding ways to improve patient care, workflow, and team performance.
