Responsibilities:
Source, qualify, and guide clients and candidates through the interview and hiring process.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet the client's hiring needsEnsure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

We are extremely competitive, client-focused, and realize that our value is in our ability to deliver the right solutions at the right time. Base salary pay begins $35,568 annually (paid $1,482.00 twice monthly). In addition, you would be eligible to earn commissions, which can range from $40k to $500k+ annually. Commissions are not capped. After the appropriate waiting period, you'd be eligible to participate in GPAC benefits including: health, dental, vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability and 401k plan.
