About Our Client
Our client is an established Central Florida general contractor delivering a wide range of commercial, healthcare, education, office, and specialty construction projects. With a reputation for quality workmanship, strong client relationships, and repeat business, the company offers employees consistent local projects, hands-on leadership, and the opportunity to work across both renovation and ground-up developments ranging from $250K to $10M+.
Job Description
- Support field operations on a $12M ground-up ambulatory surgery center project
- Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and site logistics
- Ensure compliance with AHCA and healthcare construction requirements
- Maintain project safety, quality, and schedule performance
- Collaborate with project leadership and clients throughout construction

The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction
- AHCA healthcare construction experience required
- Ground-up construction experience required
- Proficiency with Procore and/or RedTeam preferred
- Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
What's On Offer
Salary: $120,000-$130,000 + benefits
- $500/month vehicle allowance plus healthcare contribution
