Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center seeks a per diem Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join a dynamic geriatrics-focused team in a skilled nursing facility. The PTA is expected to evaluate and treat residents with independence, under limited supervision, while delivering therapeutic activities to enhance mobility and quality of life.
Qualified applicants hold a valid PTA license in New Jersey, with SNF experience preferred but not required, and a genuine passion for geriatric care.
