Tranham Partners, a Tier One private equity platform, is seeking an acquisitions analyst to join its Los Angeles-based investments team. You will build and manage detailed financial and valuation models for prospective acquisitions, and support due diligence and term-sheet negotiations with partners and lenders.
You should have 2-3 years of buy-side CRE experience, strong Excel/Argus skills, and the ability to present insights to senior leadership.
