Are you bilingual in English and Spanish and enjoy working with people? We’re looking for a Bilingual Junior Recruiter to join our North Office team
Previous recruiting or staffing experience is preferred, but not required. If you have experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment such as retail, restaurants, customer service, or administrative support , we’d love to hear from you.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, communicative, and motivated to build a career in recruiting and staffing.
What You'll Do
- Source and attract qualified candidates for open positions.
- Conduct candidate screenings and interviews.
- Match candidates with opportunities based on their skills, experience, availability, and qualifications.
- Guide candidates through the onboarding and assignment preparation process.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and field employees.
- Keep ATS, CRM, and internal databases accurate and up to date.
- Support daily branch operations and help meet hiring goals and deadlines.
- Provide a positive and professional experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organization and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license.
- Reliable transportation and active auto insurance for local client visits.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or human resources.
- Customer service, retail, restaurant, or administrative experience.
- Familiarity with ATS, CRM, or recruiting software.
