work hours: 8am to 5pm
education: Bachelors
responsibilities:
- Execute comprehensive functional and content QA checklists against newly developed learning products.
- Actively stress-test and attempt to \"break\" courses within the LMS, uncovering edge cases, navigation bugs, scoring errors and tracking issues before they reach Associates
- Provide clear, actionable feedback on technical and structural integrity, ensuring that digital learning solutions are intuitive, accessible and glitch-free
qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Copy Editing or Instructional Design
At least 1 year of experience specifically testing and troubleshooting eLearnings (SCORM/xAPI) within a Learning Management System (LMS)
At least 1 year of experience working with Articulate 360 authoring tools (Storyline and Rise)
