Job Description
Define strategy on test automation and provide leadership across teams on the portfolio/product line. Design automation framework and tools. Lead other SDET's on the team
- Coach, mentor and lead Automation Roadmap. Design test automation for Mobile apps. Improve automation, increase testing coverage, and enhance performance testing. Improve test reporting. Collaborate with other software teams to create integrated automation platforms. Build CI/CD pipelines. Support our internal R and D test groups in maintaining and improving tools and infrastructure to build and test frameworks for different needs. Coordinate construction of testing plans, samples, and documentation with our global software production, documentation, and remote offshore engineering teams. Lead retrospective analysis of activities and advocate for process improvement. Telecommuting permitted. Job
Requirements:
Bachelors or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or in related field and 8 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.

Requirements:
Position requires experience, knowledge or coursework in each of the following
skills:
1. 8 years of experience working with all phases of software testing, including test planning, functional testing, accessibility, and regression testing. 2. 8 years of experience working with automated frontend testing frameworks including Selenium Web driver and using automated API testing tools. 3. 8 years of experience working with tools like Jira, Confluence, Browser Stack, Git, Robot framework, Appium, and AWS. 4. 8 years of experience with programming languages like Java and C#. 5. 3 years of experience in different testing practices including keyword-driven and behavioral-driven development. 6. 4 years of experience with forming offshore teams and mentoring/coaching them and worked closely with them for day-to-day work. 7. 3 years of hands-on experience writing test scripts and performing code reviews for desktop, mobile, and web applications.
