Le Mistral is seeking someone who loves thoughtful cocktails, wine, and warm hospitality. This is a full-time, hourly position ($12.96) plus tips at 2300 North Lincoln Park West, Chicago, IL. The role expires on Nov 17, 2026.
Schedule: Days: Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday Shifts: Night
Required Years of Experience: 2 years
Job Details: Le Mistral is a small, intimate bar with room for creative input and a chance to help shape the program. For someone interested in leadership, there's also potential to grow into a lead role or eventually bar director across our restaurant group. The ideal candidate combines strong cocktail technique, genuine wine and spirits knowledge, and the ability to deliver attentive, intuitive service in an intimate, high-volume setting. This role requires precision, warmth, curiosity, and a team-first attitude. Bartenders are expected to guide guests confidently through our Southern European–inspired program, execute drinks consistently, maintain a clean and organized bar, and create personal, memorable experiences without ego or pretension. Previous experience in a chef-driven restaurant, cocktail bar, or elevated wine program is strongly preferred.
