Lawn Maintenance Crew Member (Entry-Level)
R&D Landscape Location: Eaton Rapids, MI Pay: Starting at $19.00-$25.00 per hour, depending on experience.

R&D Landscape is a full-service landscape company specializing in landscape construction, maintenance, irrigation, fertilization, and snow management throughout Mid-Michigan.
We're looking for dependable individuals who enjoy working outdoors and take pride in maintaining beautiful properties. Whether you have professional mowing experience or are looking to grow your skills with hands-on training, this is a great opportunity to build a long-term career with a growing company.
What You'll Do:
Operate commercial mowers and lawn maintenance equipment.
Mow residential and commercial properties with attention to quality and detail.
Trim, edge, and clean up properties after mowing.
Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
Follow safety procedures while working around equipment and job sites.
Work efficiently with your crew to complete daily routes.
Assist with additional landscape maintenance tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For:
Valid driver's license required.
Reliable personal vehicle for transportation to and from work.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Previous mowing experience (professional mowing experience preferred).
Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Willingness to learn and accept coaching.
Ability to work well as part of a team.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work outdoors throughout the day.
Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials as needed.
Ability to work in varying weather conditions, including heat and humidity.
