Construction Project Manager (Arizona PE)
Relevante is hiring a full-time Construction Project Manager for a large civil engineering firm in Phoenix, Arizona, paying a $150,000 salary with a 401(k) match, to manage civil construction projects from scope through closeout.
Salary: $150,000
Location: Phoenix, AZ (on-site)
Experience: 10 to 15 years of civil engineering and/or construction management
License: Arizona PE required (or able to obtain quickly)

What You Will Do
- Manage civil construction projects for contract compliance, quality, and specifications
- Prepare and negotiate scopes, schedules, and fee proposals
- Coordinate field observations, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and pay requests
- Oversee QA/QC testing, inspections, punch lists, and project closeout
- Supervise, develop, and mentor staff
What You Need
- B.S. in Civil Engineering or Construction
- Arizona PE, or ability to obtain it quickly
- 10 to 15 years of civil engineering or construction management
- CPM scheduling and project management software
- Clean driver's license
