Tax Manager - Construction Industry — Youngstown, OH
Pay: $116,000 – $142,000 + bonus potential
Bring your tax skills to the construction industry. A fast-growing, nationally ranked CPA and wealth advisory firm is hiring a Tax Manager for its construction industry group in the Youngstown area. You'll advise contractors and their owners on planning, consulting and compliance, and lead a team.
What you'll do:
- Deliver proactive individual and business tax planning, consulting and compliance for construction clients and their owners
- Review and manage individual and business returns, with a focus on flow-through entities
- Share tax-saving strategies and keep clients ahead of legislative changes
- Supervise, coach and develop associates and seniors and manage engagement deadlines
- Partner with directors and partners on client service and business development
What you bring:
- 4+ years of public accounting experience with a strong tax concentration (corporate, partnership, individual, trusts and estates)
- CPA or law degree required
- Construction industry client experience a plus
- Strong communication, time management and leadership skills
