Requirements
Mandatory Requirements
- Expert 84+ months
- 84 Months of experience in interpreting physical database models and experience with relational database concepts such as indexes, primary and foreign keys, and constraints using Oracle.
- 84 Months of experience developing using Oracle PL/SQL, including database packages, procedures, functions and triggers.
- 84 Months of experience in working with Oracle version 11g or later.
- 84 Months of experience in using Oracle programming tools (SQL*Plus, SQL*Loader or other Oracle database programming tools).
- 60 Months of experience in designing relational databases.
- 48 Months of experience in using at least 2 of the following techniques in Oracle PL/SQL: dynamic SQL, FORALL and BULK COLLECT, SYS_REFCURSOR, SYS_CONTEXT, and PL/SQL logging.
- 24 Months of experience in integrating multiple database schemas.
Tasks may include but are not limited to the following:
- Analysis and design of database objects and data collection systems, including the transformation of legislative requirements into system functionality;
- Data modelling;
- Software development tasks including Oracle PL/SQL coding, testing, and implementation;
- Troubleshooting issues in the application to find solutions;
- Preparation of technical and user documentation.
