Our teams are intentionally crafted across disciplines, perspectives, and experience levels, bringing strategy, creativity, data, and technology together from the start. Senior Project Managers lead the delivery of complex projects, integrated campaigns, and multi-workstream initiatives across capabilities, channels, partners, and stakeholders.
Senior Project Managers bring structure without slowing momentum. They are proactive problem solvers who thrive in complexity, challenge assumptions, and find smart ways forward when scope, timing, budget, resources, or priorities compete. They are trusted to think critically, make sound recommendations, and help teams move through ambiguity with clarity and confidence.
This role partners closely with clients, internal teams, and external partners to protect quality, strengthen project health, and create the conditions for teams to do their best work. In an environment where roles, skills, tools, and ways of working continue to evolve, Senior Project Managers help teams successfully adopt new approaches while maintaining delivery quality, clarity, and accountability. Senior Project Managers operate with a high degree of autonomy and may coach, mentor, or career-manage less experienced Project Management team members.
