Supervisory Role
You will demonstrate supervisory ability to plan, coordinate, and oversee the work of subordinate components through subordinate supervisors, and directly supervise immediate administrative staff.
You will assess personnel skills, assign work, and monitor performance.
You will plan, set, and adjust short and long term project schedules and priorities.
You will demonstrate professional knowledge of the principles, theories, and practices of the physical sciences such as physical oceanography, geophysics, marine acoustics, and environmental physics to lead and manage complex scientific programs.
