If you have 2+ years of salon experience, strong leadership skills, and a drive to help both clients and stylists look and feel their best-we want to talk to you

- Managers average $43-$50/hour (base pay + tips + commission + bonuses)

- Valid Maryland cosmetology or barber license
- 2+ years of salon experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and people skills
- Passion for customer service, teamwork, and growth
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
