Our direct-service work includes funding, programming, leadership development, research, advocacy, technology, and convening to move arts and cultural policy forward.
Summary of Position
The customer acquisition coordinator is a sales-focused role responsible for helping Creative West drive revenue for two of its SaaS products: CaFÉ™ and ZAPP®. - Maintain accurate and timely prospect activity in Creative West's CRM software and other applicable systems.
- Monitor sales activity against monthly, quarterly, and annual acquisition and revenue targets, and provide regular reporting on pipeline activity, conversions, trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Share relevant information about prospective customer needs, objections, competitor mentions, and recurring product questions to help inform sales, marketing, and product decisions.
