Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and resources.
  • Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
  • Create and implement personalized treatment plans, setting measurable goals and specific interventions tailored to each client's needs.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure coordinated, client-centered care.
  • Engage in crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning when necessary, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation aligned with ethical and legal standards, using our electronic health records system to keep client information secure.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes, providing clients with valuable tools for coping and personal development.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
