At Guerra Wealth Advisors, we’re on a mission to redefine retirement planning and elevate how families experience holistic wealth management. With over 40+ years of excellence serving clients in South Florida and nationwide, we’ve built a boutique firm that combines world-class financial expertise with a deeply personal touch.

We don’t just advise — we educate, empower, and guide families toward financial confidence. Here, you’ll spend 90% of your time sitting with clients and prospects, delivering exceptional service while a fully built support infrastructure handles lead generation, administrative support, onboarding, and scheduling. This structure allows you to focus on what matters most: building relationships, delivering sophisticated advice, and leading at the highest level.

If you’re a top-tier financial professional seeking elite earning potential, deep support, and the ability to scale your impact without sacrificing culture or integrity, Guerra Wealth Advisors is calling your name.

Role: Senior Wealth Advisor

The Senior Wealth Advisor at Guerra Wealth Advisors is a high-performing, income-driven leader who serves as the primary advisor for the firm’s most complex and valuable client and prospect relationships. You are a trusted strategist, portfolio architect, and mentor who delivers advanced planning solutions while upholding the highest professional and cultural standards.

This role is designed for accomplished advisors with 7+ years of experience who expect to perform — and be compensated — at an elite level. Senior Wealth Advisors are held to elevated production, leadership, and cultural benchmarks. There should be no Senior Wealth Advisor earning under $200,000 annually.

With robust internal support and qualified lead flow, your focus remains on client strategy, relationship expansion, and leadership — not administrative work.

  • Advise on concentrated stock positions, equity compensation, trust structures, charitable giving, and liquidity events.
  • Navigate complex planning scenarios including divorce, inheritance, business succession, and major life transitions.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis using advanced planning software, cash-flow modeling, and scenario analysis tools.
  • Lead client meetings, portfolio reviews, and strategic sessions with C-suite executives and high-net-worth families.
  • Serve as the primary relationship manager while collaborating with CPAs, attorneys, estate planners, and internal specialists.
  • Mentor and develop junior advisors through coaching, shadowing, and feedback on planning strategy and client communication.
  • Identify opportunities to expand assets under management through deepening relationships, referrals, and proactive engagement.
  • Represent Guerra Wealth Advisors by hosting client education workshops, seminars, and exclusive client events.
