Excellent benefits package, including health, dental, vision, 401K and more Professional development opportunities with training and tuition reimbursementA supportive and inclusive work culture that prioritizes safety Generous PTO policy with vacation, sick leave, and paid holidaysThe opportunity to play a key role in a growing operation and help build a high-performing maintenance teamWhat You'll DoLead, coach, and develop a maintenance team that will grow to approximately 30 employeesFoster a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvementBalance leadership responsibilities with hands-on technical support in a role that is approximately 50% leadership and 50% shop-floor engagementCoordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime and reliabilitySupport troubleshooting efforts involving PLCs, electrical systems, mechanical equipment, hydraulics, and other industrial systemsPrioritize maintenance work while balancing production demands, contractor activities, training initiatives, and operational goalsAnalyze maintenance KPIs, work orders, and downtime trends to drive improvement effortsPartner with production, engineering, contractors, and support teams to achieve business objectivesHelp develop and refine maintenance processes, standards, and best practices in a growing environmentNavigate employee relations issues, provide coaching, and lead difficult conversations with professionalism and respectWhat You'll NeedHigh School Diploma or GED requiredThree (3) years of experience in maintenance and reliabilityMinimum of 2 years of leadership experience with demonstrated success leading maintenance teams.
Previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor strongly preferredExperience managing teams of 15-20+ employees preferredStrong industrial maintenance background, including electrical and mechanical troubleshootingPLC experience required, with the ability to diagnose issues and support troubleshooting efforts; PLC programming or code-editing experience is highly desirableExperience reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawingsKnowledge of industrial safety practices, including arc flash awareness and electrical safety principlesExperience with hydraulics, welding, and automated manufacturing equipment preferredExperience with maintenance management or plant production software systemsAbility to train, coach, and develop employees while holding team members accountableWhat Will Make You Stand OutExperience supporting a startup, greenfield, facility launch, major expansion, or production ramp-upProven ability to create structure and lead effectively in environments where processes are still evolvingStrong decision-making skills and the ability to remain calm under pressureExcellent conflict management, communication, and coaching abilitiesPatience, active listening skills, and a balanced leadership style that combines accountability with employee developmentAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field (preferred but not required)Why This Role?One of the most rewarding aspects of this position is the opportunity to help build a team and develop employees as the operation continues to grow.
