Your Role: Insurance Coverage Attorney
• Manage third-party insurance coverage matters
• Handle third-party insurance defense matters (limited volume of cases)
• Run cases autonomously while collaborating effectively with the broader team
• Attend and handle court appearances, hearings, and depositions on a regular basis
• Maintain proactive client communication and prepare monthly status updates/reports
• Thrive in a fast-paced practice while consistently producing high-quality work
Compensation & Perks:
• Competitive salary: Up to $200k depending on experience and hours worked
• Discretionary year-end bonus (recent examples: $10K–$15K+)

• 15 PTO days + up to 10 days for sick leave, bereavement, or jury duty
• $500 annual CLE & state bar fee reimbursement

The Ideal Candidate:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance coverage
• Licensed in Texas
• Specific experience handling third party insurance defense work
• Specific experience handling third-party insurance coverage work
• Maintain an average of 160 hours per month
