Work EnvironmentThis role is entirely remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. As a full-time member of our team, you will have the autonomy to set your own schedule based on your availability and client needs. You will connect with clients through our user-friendly therapist portal, which is designed to facilitate seamless video consultations and therapy sessions.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct individual therapy sessions via live video, employing a compassionate and ethical approach that prioritizes client well-being.
- Assess the behavioral and mental health needs of clients, developing individualized treatment plans that set clear therapy goals and objectives.
- Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused therapy modalities to guide clients toward achieving their personal goals.
- Monitor client progress consistently, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to enhance their coping strategies and overall outcomes.
- Provide insights and support to clients, helping them navigate their feelings, experiences, and interpersonal relationships.
Your primary focus will be on stable, low-acuity adult clients seeking guidance and support through teletherapy. This population often exhibits a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. By providing individualized support, you will contribute significantly to their emotional well-being and overall recovery process.
Qualifications- A master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
- Current licensure in the state of Oregon; qualified licenses include LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD.
- Ability to practice independently and ethically without supervision.
- A clean disciplinary history on your license.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, strong empathy, and the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the latest developments in psychotherapy, theories, and techniques.
- Experience in teletherapy or remote counseling is highly preferred, though we are open to providing training for the right candidate.
- Proficiency with technology and online platforms used for teletherapy, ensuring a smooth client experience.
The compensation for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, based on hours worked and experience. In addition to competitive pay, we offer the following benefits:
