This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexible work hours and the ability to engage with clients from the comfort of your home or preferred workspace. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans that reflect current patient status.
• Diagnose and treat various mental health disorders, adapting care plans dynamically based on clinical evaluations and patient progress.
• Foster ongoing communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary care teams, family members, and external agencies to ensure the delivery of comprehensive support resources.
• Educate clients and families about mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources, providing referrals as necessary.
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations governing mental health practice, acting within the established standards of the Mental Health Practice Act.
• Prioritize and manage daily responsibilities through effective organization and assessment of patient resources and needs.
• Provide crisis intervention, bereavement support, and social work consultations to assist patients and their families during difficult periods.
• Actively advocate for clients, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are met within the network of care providers.
• Identify patients at risk for potential delays or readmission and coordinate optimal care solutions in collaboration with healthcare leaders.

Qualifications

• A Master's Degree in Social Work or a related field from an accredited institution, with verification of education required.
• Current licensure in the state of California as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or psychologist.
• A thorough understanding of community mental health resources and services available to clients.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect and build rapport with individuals from various backgrounds.

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and experience in client case management.
• Previous experience working with a multidisciplinary team in a mental health or social services setting.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additionally, candidates are eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000.
