Key Responsibilities:

Business Technology Assessment and Support

  • Collaborate with business services groups to understand their needs and identify the right technology solutions to enhance operational service delivery.
  • Evaluates, implements, and adopts operational and cross-functional solutions - including Power Automate flows, Copilot Studio agents, and Dataverse-backed applications - to improve efficiency and productivity. Maintains an awareness of emerging tools and technologies.

Process Analysis and Solution Build

  • Sits with business teams to map current workflows and identify where manual effort, duplication, or delay can be removed before reaching for a tool.
  • Designs and, in many cases, builds the solution directly, including Power Automate flows, Copilot Studio agents, Dataverse-backed apps, and M365 Copilot (or Claude) prompts and agents.
  • Maintains a library of proven flows, agents, and templates so solutions built for one business function can be redeployed for another rather than rebuilt from scratch.

Adoption, Enablement & Change Management

  • Monitors usage analytics and determines appropriate ongoing awareness campaigns and training. Contributes to the \"featured technology\" program and attends relevant Innovation working group sessions.

  • Fosters a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the firms business services functions.

Governance and Collaboration

  • Ensures that everything built follows the firms data security, retention, and AI governance standards, working closely with Information Technology, Information Security, and Risk.
