Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy services tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to formulate individualized treatment plans that address the specific challenges faced by clients.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities such as individual, couples, and family therapy to cater to diverse client needs.
• Collaboratively set measurable goals with clients and continuously monitor progress to ensure effective treatment outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and organizational guidelines.
• Utilize an intuitive digital platform for efficient management of client scheduling, documentation, and session notes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients come from various backgrounds, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications

• A Master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.
• Proof of full licensure by the State Board to provide therapeutic services independently (i.e., LMFT, LCPC, LCSW, or PsyD).

• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic interventions and familiarity with a variety of treatment modalities.
• Prior experience in an outpatient setting is highly desirable, as it promotes understanding of client flow and treatment dynamics.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment and effectively engage with clients through virtual platforms.

Compensation and Benefits
