YIBI Precision develops and manufactures precision metal components with a focus on dimensional consistency, process stability, surface quality, and scalable production.
We are looking for a Production Engineer to support daily manufacturing operations and drive improvements in productivity, quality, and process reliability.
Responsibilities
- Support daily production and resolve manufacturing-related technical issues.
- Monitor process performance and identify causes of production instability.
- Optimize manufacturing methods, process parameters, and work instructions.
- Improve production yield, efficiency, and output.
- Conduct root-cause analysis for recurring manufacturing issues.
- Support engineering changes and process improvement activities.
- Participate in new product introduction and production ramp-up.
- Work with quality teams on corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain manufacturing documentation and process standards.
- Support productivity and manufacturing cost improvement projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in production engineering or manufacturing engineering.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and shop-floor operations.
- Ability to analyze technical problems and develop practical solutions.
- Experience with process control and engineering documentation.
- Experience with precision metal components is preferred.
