Position Overview

Life Escape Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. Work Environment

This role offers the flexibility of remote work within a supportive virtual team of professionals dedicated to child well-being. Our LCSWs work closely with multidisciplinary teams that include educators and therapists, enabling a collaborative approach to children's developmental needs. You will have the tools you need to succeed, including access to specialized software for assessments and family support, while working from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments, utilizing evidence-based practices to determine the individual needs of children.
  • Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), tailoring services to meet each child's unique developmental goals.
  • Monitor and assess the outcomes of implemented interventions, contributing vital insights as a key member of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Provide families with the necessary support, information, and skills to promote their child’s development, empowering them through the often challenging early years.
  • Develop a rapport with children and families, creating a trusting environment that encourages open communication and collaboration.
  • Utilize coaching models and natural environment teaching techniques to enhance child learning in real-life settings.
  • Adhere to all applicable Federal and State regulations, ensuring compliance throughout your practice.
  • Maintain documentation of evaluations and treatments in accordance with best practices and legal requirements.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will focus primarily on children, particularly infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children who may exhibit developmental delays or disabilities. You will work collaboratively with families to motivate and inspire them, ensuring comprehensive support that addresses both the physical and emotional well-being of the child. This encompasses assisting families with goal-setting and providing them with tools to advocate for their child's needs effectively.

Qualifications
  • A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • Valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the State of Arizona.
  • One year of demonstrated experience working with children in early intervention settings.
  • An active driver’s license and reliable transportation for potential in-person meetings.
  • Strong adaptability to individual learning styles and a commitment to employing Natural Learning Environment Practices.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of one year of experience is required, candidates with extensive backgrounds in early childhood development, family therapy, or related fields will be considered advantageous. Experience working within the framework of IFSPs and familiarity with early intervention regulations are also beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits
