Work Environment

This role is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to support clients from the comfort of your own home while maintaining a structured work schedule from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. You will be an integral part of a collaborative, interdisciplinary team dedicated to providing the highest standard of care to our clients. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to ascertain each client's unique mental health needs and history.
• Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that address the specific goals and objectives of each client.
• Provide therapeutic interventions through individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, employing a range of modalities tailored to diverse client backgrounds.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated care approaches and comprehensive support for all clients.
• Maintain accurate, confidential client records in compliance with all legal, ethical, and organizational guidelines.
• Participate in ongoing clinical supervision, case consultations, and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical practice and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• A Master's Degree in a mental health-related field is a mandatory requirement.
• Possession of an independent LMHC license is essential to practice in this role.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
