Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine client needs and develop personalized treatment plans that align with their goals.
• Utilize therapeutic modalities tailored to individuals, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and other evidence-based practices.
• Set clear therapeutic goals and consistently monitor client progress to ensure the effectiveness of treatment strategies.
• Provide teletherapy sessions, offering flexibility to accommodate clients' schedules and accessibility needs.
• Maintain precise and confidential documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
• Participate in professional development opportunities, including workshops, training, and supervision, to stay current with best practices in mental health therapy.

Qualifications

• A valid and current license in California as a LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse clientele.
• A non-judgmental attitude complemented by empathy and compassion for clients’ journeys.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to maintain an efficient teletherapy schedule.

Preferred Experience

While we welcome applications from early-career counselors, experience working with trauma, anxiety, and depression is highly valued. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities or additional certifications will enhance your candidacy.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this role ranges from $100,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience and caseload. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
