GeBBS Consulting is a healthcare technology professional services and consulting firm based in Towson, Maryland servicing clients throughout the US. We are celebrating our 28th year in business. We have two divisions: 1) Hospital / Provider Practice 2) Managed Care / Payer Practice – we work directly with health plans (very strong in the Blue Cross Blue Shield space). GeBBS Consulting has over two decades of experience supporting healthcare clients throughout the US.
We are currently hiring a Insurance Account Manager
Summary : One of our Blue Cross Blue Shield clients is looking for Insurance Account Manager to conduct open enrollment meetings with mostly mid-sized groups within DC, MD, VA areas. The hired employee will be communicating benefits, and conduct presentations with brokers or actual organizations.There could be 10-15 meetings in a week, and plans include HMO, PPO, self-insured, fully insured, dental, vision, Rx, life, and disability.
Required Skilled:
- 3+ years of health plan account management/sales rep
- Has a reliable car for transportation
- Able to travel to other states outside DC, MD, VA
- Has an active Life and Health Insurance Producer License in DC, MD, or VA states
- Experience with one or more of the following: HMO, PPO, self-insured, fully insured, dental, vision, Rx, life, and disability.
Location: Hybrid - will be travelling to organizations within Washington DC , Maryland, and Virginia states 70% of the time and might go to outside DMV states 1-2 times.
