Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to gauge clients' mental health status and emotional well-being, utilizing standardized evaluation tools and clinical interviews.
  • Design and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clients' unique needs, goals, and therapeutic preferences.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individuals, families, and groups, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
  • Regularly monitor and document clients' progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Deliver timely crisis intervention and support, assessing risk factors and providing immediate assistance to clients in distress.
  • Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring accuracy in documentation and reporting.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, case managers, and other health professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
  • Engage in continuous learning by staying informed about the latest research and trends in mental health treatment methodologies.
  • Participate in regular clinical supervision and professional development opportunities designed to enhance your therapeutic skills.
  • Uphold ethical guidelines and professional standards set forth by relevant licensing boards to maintain the highest level of practice.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a licensed mental health therapist at Brightline, you will work with a wide array of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Qualifications
  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.
  • Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, LCSW-C) is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster a trusting relationship with clients.

Preferred Experience
