- As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will: Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families by answering inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner; Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions with patients and follow up on any unresolved concerns; Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient experiences and efficient service delivery; Proactively identify areas for improvement and make suggestions to enhance the overall patient experience; Attend trainings and stay up-to-date on all policies and procedures related to patient services; Communicate effectively with healthcare providers and staff to ensure accurate and timely information is provided to patients.
