Are you ready to take your legal career to the next level? Our premier law firm is seeking a talented and experienced Permanent Civil Litigation Defense Attorney to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile cases, providing exceptional legal services to our esteemed clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of civil litigation matters, primarily focusing on injury and liability. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in the legal field, with a strong emphasis on litigation, injury, and liability.

Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Civil Litigation Defense Attorney, your duties will include but not be limited to:

1. Managing all aspects of civil litigation cases from inception through to resolution.
2. Drafting pleadings, motions, and appellate documents, and filing them with the court.
3. Performing legal research and analysis, and applying this knowledge to the development of case strategies.
4. Negotiating settlements on behalf of clients in an effort to resolve matters favorably and efficiently.
5. Representing clients in court, presenting evidence, and making compelling arguments.
6. Collaborating with legal support staff to ensure all case materials and information are up-to-date and organized.
7. Maintaining professionalism and a high level of customer service for clients, demonstrating empathy and understanding for their situation.
8. Keeping abreast of legal developments and changes in law which could impact current cases.
9. Ensuring compliance with all legal standards and regulations.

Qualifications:
To be considered for the role of Permanent Civil Litigation Defense Attorney, candidates must possess the following:

1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 2 years' experience as a practicing attorney, with a strong focus on civil litigation, injury, and liability.
3. Admission to the State Bar and in good standing.
4. Proven experience in managing a diverse caseload.
5. Exceptional litigation skills, with proven experience in trial preparation and courtroom representation.
6. Proficient in legal research and writing.
7. Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to resolve matters favorably and efficiently.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.
9. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
10. The ability to work independently, managing a heavy workload and meeting tight deadlines, while maintaining attention to detail.
11. High ethical standards and professional integrity.
12. Proficiency with legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
