Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Location: Dearborn, Michigan Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time | In-Home and Clinic-Based Benefits That Make a Difference Competitive pay: based on Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) experience and caseload Flexible scheduling to support your worklife balance Health, dental, and vision insurance for full-time clinicians 10 paid holidays + 12 days of PTO starting your first year Continuing education stipend and free CEU opportunities Mileage reimbursement for in-home sessions Dedicated clinical support and Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) mentorship Administrative and billing support so you can focus on clinical care Leadership pathways for clinicians interested in growth Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) Duties and Responsibilities Develop individualized ABA treatment plans tailored to client needs Conduct assessments and adjust programming based on client progress Provide direct supervision and ongoing training to RBTs and behavior technicians Collaborate with caregivers, families, and internal teams to support generalization of skills Analyze data and ensure high-quality care that aligns with best clinical practices Maintain accurate documentation and stay compliant with insurance and ethical guidelines Compensation and Schedule Pay Range: Split pay model $60-$70 Billable hour $30 Non-Billable hour Scheduling Options: Full-time (3040 hours/week) 25 Billable hours Part-time (1529 hours/week) Weekend and evening cases available (optional) Work Environment: In-home Clinic-based Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) Skills and Qualifications Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field Active Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing Michigan state license (or eligibility to obtain) Strong leadership and communication skills Experience supervising RBTs and delivering family-centered ABA care Valid drivers license and reliable transportation for in-home visits Make a Bigger Impact with Akoya Behavioral Health Akoya Behavioral Health is a clinician-owned organization committed to delivering meaningful ABA therapy through compassion, collaboration, and clinical excellence.
