You will assist in the processing and extraction of cannabis, ensuring that we maintain our high standards of excellence. If you are passionate about the cannabis industry and eager to grow your career in a supportive and empathetic workplace, this is the perfect opportunity for you Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the preparation and processing of cannabis materials for extraction. - Operate extraction equipment under the guidance of experienced technicians. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the processing area to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. - Document all processes accurately to ensure traceability and compliance with regulations. - Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain a positive work environment. - Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge of extraction techniques. Salary $18 - $20 USD per hour Required Skills - Must be at least 21 years old. - High school diploma or equivalent. - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs). - Basic understanding of cannabis processing and extraction methods is a plus. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. - Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. - Must pass any required pre-employment screenings. Desired Skills - Previous experience in a manufacturing or production role, preferably in the cannabis or food industry. - Familiarity with extraction equipment and processes. - Knowledge of cannabis laws and regulations in the states where Bud & Mary's operates. - A passion for the cannabis industry and a desire to learn and grow within the company.
