Job description: Nuclear Medicine Technologist / CT / PET Syracuse, NYDirect Hire | Full-Time | $90K$110K + Excellent Benefits | New Grads Welcome An exciting opportunity is available for a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join a leading PET/CT and SPECT/CT outpatient department in Syracuse, NY. This is a full-time, direct hire position offering competitive pay, exceptional benefits, and professional growth opportunitiesincluding tuition coverage for CT training through the College of Health Professions. Position Highlights Competitive salary: $90,000$110,000, based on experience and qualifications CT tuition reimbursement available earn while you learn Full benefits package, including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer contribution after one year (3% quarterly / 5% annual vesting) Generous paid time off: vacation, personal, holidays, and floating holidays No weekends or on-call shifts Private office setting within a Specialty Services Center Rotating MondayFriday schedule between 6:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Supportive, growth-oriented team culture Key Responsibilities: Perform hybrid imaging procedures in PET/CT and SPECT/CT modalities Calculate, order, administer, and record radioactive isotopes Educate patients on exam preparation and ensure their comfort throughout the process Review physician orders and verify patient identification before procedures Conduct all required quality control procedures Maintain compliance with safety, radiation, and continuing education standards Qualifications: Minimum Requirements: CNMT or ARRT(N) certification Current NYS DOH Nuclear Medicine License BLS certification PET experience not required training will be provided Preferred: NMTCB(CT) or ARRT(CT) certification Take the next step in your imaging career.
