Intern (Summer 2026) Job Locations US-WV-Bridgeport Category Co-Op / Intern Type Intern Overview As an Intern for Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC), you will be given the opportunity to perform tasks that will help develop your engineering skillset. You will have the opportunity to work and coordinate with various disciplines including Civil, Environmental, Geotechnical, and Ecological. Through the CEC Internship Program, you will: Acquire practical experience applying knowledge from college courses, learn from industry experts, and collaborate with teams across functional groups and locations; Develop a robust professional network through social events and interactive activities; Collaborate closely with a mentor in your discipline to tackle real-world challenges; and Participate in workshops to help foster interpersonal skills within the workplace and prepare students for success in their full-time careers. Qualifications Current enrollment in a Civil or Environmental Engineering program (and be completing your sophmore year); Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word & Excel) is required; AutoCAD experience; and Prior internship and/or related experience a plus.
