Licensed Behavior Analyst
Impact lives as a Licensed Behavior Analyst with Northway Academy
The Behavior Analyst will work under the direction of the Clinical Supervisor to conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and train team members to support the individuals we serve.
What separates us from others...our clinical team concentrates on creating individualized assessments and interventions tailored to the specific needs of each individual with the goal of increasing socially important behaviors in order to help that individual thrive in their community. They do not supervise our Behavior Technicians, but collaborate with and work side by side as a team to really focus on the training and support needed to be successful.
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 + quarterly incentive bonus
Required Education, Experience, and Certifications:
- Completed Master's program in Applied Behavior Analysis
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Licensed by the Minnesota Board of Psychology
- One year experience working with special populations in crisis intervention, staff training, and development
- Valid driver's license, current registration, and insurance.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach.
- A commitment to quality in everything you do.
- Skilled in written and oral communications and service development
- An ability to establish rapport easily and build positive relationships with individuals and coworkers alike
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of behavior principles, program development and monitoring techniques
- Strong customer service orientation and patience
- A collaborative approach. Creative and effective abilities in employee training
- Northway Academy is officially an Authorized Continuing Education (ACE) Provider
